Sciatica - Back/Leg Pain

What is sciatica? It is the irritation of the nerve roots that extend to the sciatic nerve. It can cause pain, tingling, or numbness in the lower back & leg. Find out more here!


  1. thanks for following my blog! I might have to search around on your blog sometime - I seem to get IT band pain occasionally (I try to foam roll often), so I might learn something from searching your site...

  3. I am curious, what exercises to you recommend for strengthening the IT band? Any pain that I do get always seems to happen on my left IT band mainly. I am good about foam rolling, and I do some leg exercises, but it would be nice to know for sure what to do to try to avoid IT band pain in the future...
