Product Review - Ken's Lite Accents Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette
I tried this product & really like it! It is only 1 calorie per spray. No high fructose corn syrup. I usually opt out of any salad dressing (or I'll get it on the side). Only four sprays were enough for my whole salad!

Product Review - Kashi Berry Blossoms Cereal
I have tried the new Kashi Berry Blossoms cereal. I like it. I'm on my second box in 2 weeks. It is the Kashi squares with a light taste of berry. Not too sweet. I give it 2 thumbs up!
