Here are 5 easy and dynamic warm up exercises. These can be used for running or sports performance. See below!
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds.
1. March in place
Stand tall. Bring knee up to hip height. Opposite arm moves with opposite leg. Switch sides & repeat.
2. Tin soldiers
Stand tall. Bend leg at the hip but keep leg straight. Switch legs & repeat.
3. Butt Kickers
Stand tall. Bring heel back towards glutes. Switch legs & repeat.
5. Quick feet
Shuffle forward, on tip toes, swinging arms at sides.
