I wear my Motivate Wraps when working out, running, going about my day, working, visiting friends/family & especially to doctor appointments. I find they not only inspire me but remind me to be confident in the moment. It's funny how something so small can remind you to be bold, adventurous, brave, persistent & mindful.
My first Motivate Wrap was a custom pink one to honor my mom. I lost her in 2013 to melanoma cancer. It started as a spot on her leg & even with aggressive treatment for years resulted as stage 4 brain metastasis. She was always my best friend & is my hero. She bravely & never-a-negative-word endured a difficult road of endless treatments, surgeries, chemo & many many medications. The moment I found Momentum Jewelry on Instagram I knew I would make a Motivate Wrap to honor my beautiful mom.
I have made another Motivate Wraps for myself, cousins & aunt when my uncle suddenly passed away. We wore them in solidarity through the difficult days surrounding his memorial service. It provided a tangible connection in a painful moment. We still wear them when we get together to laugh & heal as family.
My other Motivate Wraps I selected for inspiration to help move me through the day. They always help remind me to see the bigger picture & that there are so many reasons to be happy!
The SPARKlets & Footnotes are fun to give as gifts or to inspire yourself. I have done both! In preparation for a runDisney race I creatively added my Footnotes & SPARKlet to my own Disney themed elastic bands. Boom! I've also given a few away to friends as gifts. Who doesn't like to be inspired? :)
Momentum Jewelry provided me with a copper Motivate Wrap to review. I love the way the cooper reflects light. The sunlight catches it & dazzles! I am very impressed with the way each of the Motivate Wraps retains their fabric's shape and metal's finish.
The Motivate Wraps easily dry if they become sweaty. They are also washable. I have had mine for several months and never had problems with tarnishing.
