Dress To Run in Cold Weather

It can be a challenge to navigate dressing for workouts in cold winter weather. Use this helpful guide as a handy reference! All temperatures provided for your reference are in Fahrenheit.

Use this information as a general guide. Factors such as rain, wind, sun, time of day & changing weather will all affect how to dress for outdoor running or workouts. Tailor what you wear for your particular weather needs. Wearing layers is nice to add or remove them as the temperature changes.

In the 60 degree range:
Short sleeve shirt

In the 50 degree range:

In the 40 degree range:

In the 30 degree range:
