MALK is made from organic and sprouted nuts. It has maximum freshness and for a long period of time from being cold-pressed. This process does not use chemicals, change the taste or texture quality of the food and keeps it fresh at least twice as long as traditional methods that use heat. The cold-pressed process eliminates bacteria from growing. This process makes digestion easier for those with stomach or GI problems. The MALK almonds are organic and imported from Spain where they don’t have to use heat or chemicals for pasteurization as is required in the US.

Their pecans are organic and from Texas.

The cashews are organic and grown sustainably.

The coffee products are from a collaboration with Greenway Coffee Company and a farmers’ co-op from Mexico.

The cacao is made from organic cacao beans.

The maple syrup is provided from an organic independent supplier.

The Himalaya salt is not process and from the Himalayan mountains. They provide richness of flavor and minerals.
